	Durco QP Overhead Filter Press This premier 4-bar filter press dewatering system is specifically designed and constructed for ease of use with low maintenance and durability in the most demanding applications:
	Durco QP Overhead Filter Press Structure 4-bar design fabricated press with an overhead plate shifting mechanism permits high performance filtration without bypass at higher operating pressures. Overhead design prevents cake build up on side bars and protects operator during filter plate shifting and filter plate discharge.
	Durco QP Overhead Filter Press Fabrication Precisely fabricated and machined for high performance, providing even distribution of hydraulic pressure to minimize cloth wicking. Quality materials and engineering design also provide required structural strength for supreme durability with less weight, resulting in less costly support structures.
QPFilter Press Overhead Plate Suspension Provides unobstructed access to the active plate area, from either the top or the side, to allow for easy filter plate cleaning or filter cloth changing. Filter plate hangers are epoxy-coated for corrosion resistance and equipped with non-metallic wheels and bumpers to assure proper plate shifting. A wide variety of filter plates are available to suit Your process.
	QP Filter Press Overhead Plate Shifter Simplifies operation. Comprised of dual shifter mechanisms on a common drive shaft driven by a hydraulic motor. Available in either a semi-automatic or fully automatic style with safety lanyard. Compatible with NEMA 4 and 7 ratings.
QP Filter Press Energy Efficient Closure The filter plate closure mechanism is specifically designed to compensate for expansion or contraction of the filter plate stack and maintain proper sealing force.
	QP Filter Press Control Systems Advanced electronic controls permit easy push button control of both mechanical and process functions. Available in semi-automatic and automatic units. Automatic units offer full auto PC control with totalizer and individual valve control.
	QP Filter Press Hydraulic Drip Trays Bomb Bay Door type drip trays are provided to collect normal filter cloth wicking during the filtration process and wash water during filter cloth cleaning. The trays can also be modified to function as cake chutes directing press cakes into conveyors, hoppers or dryers during the discharge cycle.
	Durco QP Filter Press Enviro-Dri Sludge Dryer For discharging wastes, the four-bar structure easily accommodates conveyors, hoppers or dryers including the Durco Enviro-Dri Sludge Dryer. This is an an energy-efficient, competitively-priced unit, that uses steam heat to reduce sludge volume by 50-70 %.
